The place is divided into three different areas: outside, our Dehors, a terrace set in the beautiful setting of Tache Square, from which you can access Castore, a lounge area that from the refined and well-stocked bar counter develops into a mountain-style environment where the contrast between wooden walls and furnishings in wood, corten and red textiles will create the right atmosphere for your aperitifs or evening events; a compulsory passage to Polluce, our wine restaurant, an intimate and relaxed setting where you can enjoy at your best a delicious meal or indulge in the experience of a tasting of wines from Valle d'Aosta and beyond and, guided by our expert sommeliers, purchase a sought-after bottle of wine.
Castore & Polluce is also entertainment: evening and afternoon events, After Ski with DJs and disco nights, always the favorite meeting place for "locals" and tourists where you can spend pleasant moments in good company!
Our restaurant is open from breakfast to late at night: we will know how to welcome you with a good Caffé Ernani and a complete selection of homemade cakes for a healthy breakfast or snack with the family; we will know how to offer you traditional dishes based on local raw materials and others less related to Aosta Valley cuisine, but always of the highest quality, ranging between fish and meat, always guaranteeing valuable vegetarian or vegan and gluten-free alternatives.
