L'Agrifoglio was born from the love of two siblings for their land: Riccardo raises cattle with passion and dedication, and processes their milk every day, bringing fresh and genuine dairy products, spoon desserts and ice creams for every taste to the table; Tiziana kneads and bakes cakes, bread, focaccia, pizzas, biscuits, panettone, doves and any pastry delight that the moment and the season inspire.
At the beginning of this adventure, Riccardo chose to inspire his work with simplicity and quality products. He uses his grandparents' recipes for the cheeses, whose delicate flavour tells stories of times long gone, but not lost in oblivion.
The essentiality of milk pasteurisation avoids intensive steps that would stress the product, guaranteeing its nutritional values and taste pleasures intact.
But the real Agrifoglio masterpiece, and Riccardo's greatest passion, is the zero-kilometre yoghurt. Pure milk from Aosta Valley farms enriched with milk enzymes.
