The restaurant Le Sabot, located in the hamlet of Pallenc halfway between Champoluc and Antagnod, is a rustic mountain restaurant whose typical wooden furnishings create a warm and cosy atmosphere, as well as offering its guests the warmth and intimacy of a family environment.
Family-run, it offers its loyal customers and friends typical Valle d'Aosta cuisine (polenta concia with carbonada or game, Valle d'Aosta soup and fondue dishes) without neglecting Piedmontese cuisine with bagna cauda and other tasty and succulent Italian recipes of haute cuisine, such as the famous and celebrated 'Rossini' style Tournedos, Entrecote alla fiamma, Entrecote al barolo, Green pepper fillet and Voronoff fillet.
The restaurant can seat 50-70 people and is suitable for small groups and organised trips.
