Yoga Mountain Days 2024: seven meetings in Courmayeur, Bard and Gressoney-Saint-Jean, with a rich programme of activities that have yoga and meditation as their leitmotif, discovering the nature and silences of the Aosta Valley.
On Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st July in Gressoney-Saint-Jean, participants will be able to practice different types of yoga with certified teachers and to listen to themselves, to others, and to the world.
